HOW TO ACCESS YOUR ONLINE TRAINING COURSE

Please follow the instructions below.


REGISTERING YOUR ACCOUNT:

If you are a new customer, please register an account with AAI.  

This will need to be done using the same email address used during purchase as this is how the system recognizes you. Create a unique password and do not share this information with others.


If you have an account already, proceed to the next step. 


TRAINING PORTAL ACCESS:

Now that you have an account with AAI, you can click on the button below. Once you are on that page, simply select the course you purchased. This portal can always be accessed at the top of our website under the Training Portal tab. 


HAVING TROUBLE?

There are a number of errors that may come up when trying to access your course. Please follow the tips below.


• "Error: This email address is already associated with an account. If this account is yours, you can reset your password." If this is the case, click forgot password.


• Registering your account but still getting an error message that your account is not registered. Check your email for a link to confirm your email address.


• Successfully registering your account but still getting the "content locked" page, please be sure that you used the same email address during purchase. You can go into your email to see where the receipt was sent to verify. The system only acknowledges access to the course when a purchase is made on an email address so please be sure to double check. 


• Successfully registering your account but still getting "content locked" page, please be sure you are clicking on the correct course that you purchased.
